It's rarely your marketing, your offer or your lead flow.
You're more likely losing good opportunities at the point where another human being has to decide. And when that moment arrives, your behaviour changes:
- You talk too much.
- You start justifying.
- You offer more.
- You discount.
- You chase.
That isn't a script problem. It's a performance-under-pressure problem.
You already know you should ask good questions, build rapport and handle objections. You've probably watched sales training before. But knowing what to do and being able to do it when the outcome matters are two completely different things.
That gap is what Neuro-Cognitive Persuasion (NCP) trains: understanding what your prospect is really afraid of, what's unresolved, and what's happening inside you while the conversation unfolds.
Sometimes a prospect becomes uncertain because the person selling to them became uncertain first.
Meet Jessen James

Before Jessen became known for sales, persuasion and commercial negotiation, he spent years as a psychiatric nurse, speaking with people in extreme fear, paranoia, aggression and emotional distress. Logic alone wasn't enough. A script wasn't enough. He had to understand what was happening underneath the words.
His colleagues called him “the patient whisperer”. He went on to train NHS staff in conflict resolution, de-escalation and communication under pressure, and worked in high-risk forensic environments, including Broadmoor Hospital.
Then he moved into business. The stakes changed, but human behaviour didn't. He has since been personally involved in more than £22 million of sales and commercial deals, and turned what he learned into Neuro-Cognitive Persuasion.
What the numbers and the members say
“Bagged £2.5M in one month”
“Made over £30,000 in 6 days”
“£800,000 T/O to £46,000,000!”
What you get inside the Institute
You don't master this by watching another course and taking notes. It has to be trained. So the Institute is built around practice.

Questions you might have
Is this just another sales course?+
No. There's a home-study curriculum, but the core of the Institute is implementation: three live sessions every week, a role-play clinic, and an AI platform where your performance is scored.
Is the application a sales call?+
No. It's an application. We want to understand your business, what you're trying to achieve, and where important conversations are currently costing you. If the Institute is the right environment for you, we'll explain the membership route that suits you. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
What are the membership options?+
Membership runs from six to 12 months, with three levels. Practitioner is about learning NCP and using it in everyday situations. Fellowship, our most popular, is about immersion: making NCP part of who you are in every conversation. Advisory Fellow adds direct, one-to-one strategic access to Jessen for higher-level deals, negotiations and commercial situations.
You don't need to choose now. We'll recommend the right one after your application.
Is funding available?+
Yes. Funding opportunities are available to contribute towards tuition, which can significantly reduce your membership investment if you qualify. We'll go through what applies to you after you apply.
Is this only about closing clients?+
Closing better is where most members start. The same skills also apply to partnerships, team conversations, supplier negotiations, leadership and any situation where another person's decision affects your outcome.
You can have the best service in the world. But if you can't consistently influence someone to recognise its value and decide, your expertise stays commercially invisible.
Stop losing the deals you should be winning.
